Bike Fit

Benefits of a Sabino Cycles Signature Fit

Regardless of what type of cycling you enjoy, you will benefit from a bike that has been properly adjusted to fit your body and your riding style. Our certified fit specialists will discuss your cycling history and goals. We'll then work with you to determine your ideal riding position.

With a professional bike fit, you can be more comfortable, more efficient, and more powerful on every ride. You’ll also be less likely to sustain injuries on a bike that has been expertly configured to meet your needs.

The Sabino Cycles Fit Process

Pre-fit Assessment

Starting with a pre-fit physical assessment, your fitter will take into account your body’s range of motion, previous injuries and pains, and your goals on the bike. The fitter will also ask about your riding style, goals and history.

Real-time 3D Data Capture

From there, the fitter will have you get on the bike  to place LED sensors on 8 anatomical points of your body which will be tracked by the Retül Vantage Motion Capture system. The Retül Vantage system is used to collect real-time, three-dimensional data from each pedal stroke creating a dynamic fit experience.

Dial in the Fit

The fitter analyzes the numbers to find areas that could be improved. Changes are made to the position of your bike, and the fitter uses their knowledge and your feedback to fine tune the fit.

Map the Bike

Once you and your fitter have dialed in your final bike position, the fitter will create a digital map of your final bike set up using the Retül Zin tool. The bike data and Zin tool measurements are generated into a complete fit report that you can reference at any time after the fit.

How long does a bike fit take?

On average a fit takes about 3 hours, but may be shorter or longer based on your specific needs.

I'm not a competitive racer, is a bike fit for me?

Will I need to buy new parts for my bike?

Do you only need a fit when you buy a new bike?
